| Abstract | In order to give young professionals an opportunity to be involved with international development cooperation, PSO is implementing a specific youth programme for its member organisations. The main objectives of this Youth Zone programme are: 1) the personal and professional development of the young professional, 2) capacity building of the local partner organization, 3) increasing public support for development cooperation in the Netherlands. After two reviews of this programme (in 2005 and 2007), this is a third study into the effects of the Youth Zone programme. |
