| Abstract | In this book, the Wemos Foundation presents the testimonies of people participating in clinical trials in Poland, Russia, the United States, China and India. Wemos would like to clarify the reasons why these people choose to participate and the way in which they are being treated. By collecting and publishing testimonies from trial subjects, their relatives and others investigating the issue, Wemos hopes to clarify how the right to health – the departure point for all activities of Wemos – is being respected or undermined. It also provides a voice to those who are seldom heard, allowing them to speak for themselves about their decision to participate in clinical trials, as well as about their experiences. |
