The co-ordination of the evaluation was taken up by Partos, the association of Dutch civil society organisations in international development cooperation, and is part of Partos’ mandate to promote the quality of the work of its members. The overall aim of the evaluation was to gain more insight into the results of the activities in the area of conflict management, prevention and resolution to date, and thus to learn lessons about the CFAs’ existing and potential contribution to conflict transformation.
