| Samenvatting | This document presents a synthesis of the bilateral dialogues between representatives of business, NGOs and government and researchers connected to the DPRN project “Value Chain Governance and Endogenous Economic Growth”, and of the concluding dinner meeting, both of which were held on 28 September 2010. The paper explains the process adopted in the project, as a method to achieve greater overall coherence, complementarities and synergies among the different frameworks used in practice, policy and research. Secondly, the paper sketches a knowledge agenda with a focus on four processes in which development outcomes are brought about. Finally, the paper discusses the methodological implications of such a process orientation for conducting impact evaluations. |
