| Abstract | Between the end of 2008 and early 2011 the four Co-financing Agencies (CFA’s) Cordaid, Hivos, ICCO and Oxfam Novib have participated – under the banner of Partos – in the IOB initiated ‘Evaluation of Dutch support to capacity development; evidenced-based case studies’. The Partos evaluation was one of seven single studies implemented under this IOB initiative and resulted in a report called ‘Capacities for development : joint evaluation Partos : synthesis report’. This is a Partos policy response to that report. |
