SamenvattingSNV organised regional and district apiculture multistakeholder platforms in Uganda where it emerged that beneficiaries have not gained much from some of the government interventions like improved beehives. Many of the hives have decayed and apiaries have been abandoned by the beneficiaries. This prompted SNV to carry out further critical analysis of the situation together with the beneficiaries of the National Agricultural Advisory services (NAADs) programme who are also members of the clients supported by SNV in order to improve future plans. This report discusses SNV's interventions in the bee keeping sector in Uganda.
