SamenvattingThe effect of the PSO Youth Zone programme on 45 participating young professionals was examined for the period 2005-2007. The aim of the programme is to contribute to the personal and professional development of the participants, to capacity strengthening of the partner organizations, and to increase the level of public support for international development. In all, 10 PSE member organizations and 12 of their partner organizations participated in this study. A number of recommendations for improving the Youth Zone programme is included.
