SamenvattingPSO is a Dutch umbrella organization for capacity building of civil society organizations in developing countries. This report describes PSO policy concerning its so-called Youth Zone programme for the period 2005-2010. PSO Youth Zone is a programme specially developed for PSO members and their partner organizations. PSO Youth Zone offers members and their partners the opportunity to increase young people's expertise and to support local organizations. Young people can be involved in three ways: as starters, as junior experts, and as a member of an exchange programme.
