| Samenvatting | Between the end of 2008 and early 2011 the four Co-financing Agencies (CFA’s) Cordaid, Hivos, ICCO and Oxfam Novib have participated – under the banner of Partos – in the IOB initiated ‘Evaluation of Dutch support to capacity development; evidenced-based case studies’. The Partos evaluation was one of the seven single studies implemented under this IOB initiative. Those studies were carried out in, among others, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Malawi and Somalia. The purpose of these evaluations was to respond to the need for knowledge and new insights. The Partos evaluation resulted in this final report. The overall coordination and implementation of this Partos study was carried out by Context, international cooperation. |
