SamenvattingThe main objective of this Core Country evaluation is to report in an independent and impartial way on the achievements of the core country strategy, particularly in terms of its contributions to the attainment of Policy and Practice Changes (PPCs) and Strategic Change Objectives (SCOs) as defined in the Oxfam International Regional Business Plan. The evaluation results are used by Oxfam Novib to improve its country strategy and strengthen the links with Oxfam Novib’s campaigning and lobbying work. The evaluation results will also be of use to strengthen collaboration within Oxfam International.
