SamenvattingThe International Institute for Communication and Development (IICD) has five years of experience building the capacity of multi-stakeholder networks in the field of ICT for development (ICT4D) in nine countries. The networks engage in knowledge sharing, advocacy and awareness raising activities to a different extent in each country. These include: face-to-face meetings; content development; ICT4D website; ICT4D newsletter; e-discussions; awareness raising and lobbying; research; cross-country workshops; peer assistance; and skills development programmes. The networks are in Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Ecuador, Ghana, Jamaica, Mali, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia.
