SamenvattingThe author coordinates and organises activities and training of professionals in the Preescolar na Casa project, a rural early childhood development (ECD) project that, since 1977, has been operating in Galicia, an autonomous region in the north west of Spain. In the absence of any other provision, the project is centred on training parents to provide the preschool needs of their children. But it is doing so in ways that help to revalidate and revitalise the rural world.
