SamenvattingThis publication reports on the regional seminar "Scaling up parliamentary efforts for children and AIDS", held in Lilongwe, Malawi in September 2005. Parliamentarians gathering at the meeting, which was organised by AWEPA and UNICEF, emphasised that a lot more can be done to help HIV/AIDS affected children. They also pointed out that parliamentarians have a key role to play in unleashing efforts - and resources - aimed at helping the youngest generation of Africans affected by HIV/AIDS.
