Samenvatting	A consortium of Addis Ababa University, Meta Meta communications, and SNV Ethiopia developed the guided distance learning (GDL) program. The primary aim of the program was to build the capacity of the Technical Educational Vocational Training Centres (TVETC) water sanitation and hygiene (WaSH) graduates in their work places in a cost effective way and enable them to respond and address the practical issues they confront in the field. This report discusses the program.
