| Samenvatting | Kenya and Zambia face a serious human resources for health (HRH) crisis at both national and district level. Wemos Foundation (the Netherlands), Consumer Information Network (CIN) and Centre for Health Science and Social Research (CHESSORE) have conducted a multiple case study, with districts in Kenya and Zambia serving as cases, to study how recruitment, deployment and retention of human resources for health at the district level are influenced by externally funded programmes. This report discusses the results of the study in Kenya. |
