The central issues is how international organizations deal with the specific challenges of partnerships in crises? And what do Southern organizations think about these partnerships? Is there room for capacity building? How is accountability organized? How can these partnerships be strengthened? The report documents the experiences of five Dutch NGOs and their local partners in five crisis regions (Israel/Occupied Palestinian Territories, Colombia, southern Sudan, eastern DRC and tsunami-stricken southern India). |
