SamenvattingCordaid’s development strategy aims at improving access to health care and subsequently improving the health status of the population through strengthening southern partner organizations. Working towards this aim, Cordaid has been implementing a three year (2006-2008) performance based financing scheme known locally as Pay for performance (P4P) in Tanzania. This report evaluates the P4P project in Tanzania.
