SamenvattingThis guide aims to help non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to reflect on their HIV and AIDS competence and to assess where they can make improvements. This process results in a set of priorities, from which the NGO can develop an action plan to respond better to HIV and AIDS. Special features of the guide are: a gender perspective; a holistic view on organisational functioning and survival; combining workplace and program matters.
