SamenvattingThe national ICT programme in Bolivia promotes the use of ICT to provide access of farmers, teachers, indigenous people, and rural dwellers to communication and information with a view to improve their livelihoods. IICD supports the implementation of ICT in the 9 departments of the country. The 3 areas of intervention are: governance, agriculture, and education.
