SamenvattingThis report is a summary of the evaluation report of 2008 for the governance programme of IICD in Ecuador. En 2008, the country programme consisted of 13 field projects. A total of 519 questionnaires has been collected and analysed. About 80% of the end users consider that their work has become more efficient. A positive effect on gender equality was observed by 74% of the participants.
