| Samenvatting | This report presents the findings of a mission conducted to assess the possible institutional set-up for the proposed biogas project in Lao PDR. The mission was conducted from 11 to 18 January 2006 and made use of the following methodologies: 1) field visit to Ban Sork village in Sangthong district, facilitated by Sunlabob; 2) interviews with (potential) stakeholders for the proposed project on domestic biogas. 3) a half-day workshop to present the findings of the interviews and to generate discussion among the stakeholders on a number of key-issues. |
