SamenvattingA panel of 4 Dutch development experts from different walks of life was asked whether Dutch development co-operation needs to be put on a new footing. Three questions were asked in particular: (1) is there a continued role for major private development organizations such as ICCO, HIVOS, and Cordaid; (2) should Western donors continue to set the development agenda; and (3) is there a need for renovating the “old house” of development co-operation?
